Taheti Watson has spent over 20 years helping people and organizations perform at their best. She partners with HR leaders, executives, and organizations to build people strategies that drive real results, from leadership development and workforce planning to culture and talent optimization.
As a former Chief People Officer and senior executive, Taheti brings hands-on experience leading HR functions across corporate, nonprofit, and government sectors. She has guided professionals at every level, from new employees to C-suite leaders, and has built people programs for organizations ranging from lean startups to large-scale enterprises.
Taheti holds the SPHR, SHRM-SCP, and ICF ACC credentials, reflecting her commitment to both the science of HR and the art of human development. She approaches every engagement as a coach and strategist, focused on unlocking potential, building inclusive cultures, and equipping leaders to lead well.
